How the firm works
Field engineers operate from Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad, supporting hospitals throughout India. Complex repairs are completed in our workshop, while on-site work covers inspection, diagnosis, preventive maintenance, installation and emergency breakdown response.
Equipment history, service reports and replaced components are documented for every visit, creating a maintenance record that helps hospitals plan repairs instead of reacting to failures.
Common spare parts are stocked locally for the equipment we maintain most frequently. Components requiring manufacturer procurement are quoted with realistic lead times before work begins.
