Physiotherapy equipment
Physiotherapy equipment delivers a dose, and almost none of it has any way of telling the therapist that the dose has changed. Output drifts, treatment stops working, and the machine gives no sign at all. We service and calibrate physiotherapy equipment across hospital departments and private clinics in India.

01Our ultrasound therapy head does not seem to be working, but the machine shows output.
Test it by placing the head in a shallow dish of water at full output. A working head disturbs the surface visibly. If the water is still, the transducer crystal has delaminated from the faceplate, which is the usual failure. The display reads what the machine is sending, not what the head is emitting.
02How do you calibrate an IFT or EMS unit?
Output current and frequency are measured across the working range under a defined load, at each channel and each mode, and compared against the machine`s stated specification. Where output has drifted it is adjusted and remeasured. Both sets of readings appear on the certificate.
03How often should physiotherapy equipment be checked?
Annually for output-based devices, half-yearly for anything in continuous use in a busy department, and immediately when a therapist reports that treatments have stopped producing the response they used to. That report is a genuine fault indication and it is worth acting on.
