Equipment
Maintenance
AMC, CMC, emergency repair, calibration and lifecycle maintenance for biomedical equipment across government and private healthcare institutions throughout India.
How a breakdown call runs
Every service request starts with an engineer.
Engineer Dispatch
The engineer assigned matches the equipment category and service history whenever possible.
On-site Service
Inspection, diagnosis and repair are completed on-site whenever practical. Workshop repair is recommended only when required.
Service Documentation
Every intervention is documented with findings, replaced components, calibration results and future recommendations.
Documentation
What was found, what was done, what was replaced, and what to watch. The copy the hospital keeps for its assessor.

What hospitals ask before signing.
Not answered here? Call +91 98250 70790 and speak to someone who works on the equipment.
01Do you service equipment you did not supply?
Most of it. Around ninety per cent of the equipment under our contracts was bought from someone else, often from a manufacturer with no engineers left in the state.
02Can one contract cover several hospitals in a group?
Yes. One contract, one schedule, one service history across every unit, quoted per site.
03Do you work with government institutions?
Extensively. Forty-seven government institutions are on our list, including work under the ORET programme and to National Health Mission requirements.
04What is your response time?
We commit to a time on the call, and the commitment is written into the contract. We do not publish a single number that would be dishonest for a hospital four hours away.
05Do you provide the documentation an NABH assessment needs?
Signed service reports per visit, calibration certificates, equipment history sheets and a forward schedule. Issued after each visit, not assembled before an assessment.

requirements.
Contract quotations follow a precise site inspection and equipment audit, not a phone call. Contact us to schedule an assessment.
