Turnkey Clinical
Infrastructure

Modular operation theatres, medical gas pipeline systems and complete ICU build-outs: designed, installed, validated, and then maintained by the same engineers.

Plant and services
A long, brightly lit plant room lined on both sides with control and switchgear cabinets.

Infrastructure designed for maintenance, not only handover.

Clinical infrastructure performs reliably only when every system can be inspected, serviced and validated throughout its operational life. Our projects are planned with the same engineering approach we use to maintain hospitals every day.

Because our teams continue supporting many of these facilities after commissioning, installation decisions are made with long-term maintenance, accessibility and system reliability in mind.

Infrastructure Capabilities

01

Modular operation theatres

Turnkey modular operation theatres for hospitals across India: panel systems, HEPA laminar airflow, medical gas, pendants and surgical lighting, with maintenance after handover.

Capability Specification
02

Medical Gas Systems

Design, installation, testing and certification of medical gas pipeline systems for hospitals across India: oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, vacuum and AGSS.

Capability Specification
03

Critical Care Infrastructure

Complete ICU build-outs for hospitals across India: bed-head panels, pendants, medical gas terminals, nurse call and central monitoring, installed and maintained.

How a project runs

  1. PHASE 01Site consultation and structural feasibility
  2. PHASE 02Load calculation and workflow design
  3. PHASE 03Supply and manufacturing
  4. PHASE 04Installation of containment and services
  5. PHASE 05Equipment integration
  6. PHASE 06Commissioning and airflow balancing
  7. PHASE 07Validation against standards
  8. PHASE 08Handover and transition to maintenance contract

Standards we design to

  • STD.01NABH accreditation standards for infrastructure and air quality
  • STD.02ISO 14644 cleanroom classification
  • STD.03NFPA 99, HTM 02-01 and IS 7396 for medical gas
  • STD.04IS 3043 for earthing and isolated power supply in medical locations

Design values are agreed in writing before work starts and verified by measurement at handover.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take on single-theatre projects as well as whole departments?

Yes. Many of our projects are single-theatre upgrades for existing private hospitals looking to meet NABH standards.

Can you work in a running hospital?

Yes. Infection control, dust containment and noise management are part of the project methodology when upgrading live clinical environments.

Do you supply the equipment as well as the room?

Yes. We supply the pendants, surgical lighting, OT tables, integration systems and medical gas equipment. We also integrate existing equipment if requested.

What happens after handover?

The project transitions immediately into a maintenance schedule. The team that built the theatre maintains the air handlers, filters, doors and medical gas systems.
